Product Overview
The JSG18 uses an enclosed elastic pumping element in place of a conventional exposed peristaltic pump tube. A suitable stepper driver controls motor speed and direction, allowing flow adjustment and reverse operation.
Select the version for the required working flow, then calibrate with the actual liquid and complete fluid path. The series covers different speed and flow ranges; the maximum flow of the H version does not apply to every model.

Model-Based Flow Selection
JSG18S supports low-flow dosing, JSG18L sampling and transfer, and JSG18H higher-flow transfer within their respective published ranges.
Reversible Stepper Control
A matched driver enables direction and speed control. Confirm current settings, microstepping, wiring and temperature rise before integration.
Compact Elastic-Compression Design
The 28 mm stepper motor and compact pump head fit space-limited equipment. External tubing is still required for the fluid connections.

*Reference medium: pure water at 20°C. Maximum flow, suction lift and discharge head are separate test points.
Dimensions and Installation
Mount the motor section only; do not clamp the pump head. Avoid installing with the ports facing upward. Secure compatible soft tubing with clamps or cable ties and support the fluid lines independently.
Use 100-mesh or finer inlet filtration where hard or sharp particles may enter. Add an outlet buffer when low-flow pulsation matters. Do not block the outlet. Consult JSG before prolonged operation above 2 bar.

Performance Note
The original curves above apply to JSG18H. Flow decreases as inlet vacuum or outlet pressure increases. Calibrate the actual working flow rather than using free-flow figures to estimate delivery under load.
Published noise and life figures depend on test conditions that are not fully specified on the source page; confirm them for your duty cycle and assembly. No dosing-accuracy or service-life guarantee is implied by the flow range.
Media Compatibility and Model Selection
Pure water is the reference medium. Confirm wetted materials for the actual chemical composition, concentration and temperature before using acids, alkalis, alcohol, hypochlorite, brine or other process liquids. Hard or sharp particles can damage the elastic element. Operation above 60°C is not recommended.
Choose the model using target flow at working pressure, suction lift, operating cycle and liquid properties. Confirm the driver configuration and validate the complete system with samples.

Specify JSG18S, JSG18L or JSG18H, driver requirements, lead wires and mounting arrangement when requesting a quote. Drivers, power supplies, brackets, tubing, fittings and filters must be confirmed separately; pictured accessories are not automatically included.
