Product Overview
The JSG07W is a compact, self-priming and oil-free diaphragm water pump designed for water purification, clean-water spraying, washing equipment and customized OEM liquid-delivery systems.
The standard liquid path uses a POM pump head with an EPDM diaphragm and EPDM valves. An optional FKM diaphragm is available for projects requiring a different diaphragm material. Final compatibility must be confirmed using the actual liquid, concentration, temperature, pressure and operating time.

Dimensions and Installation
The JSG07W measures approximately 118.5 × 76 × 62.4 mm and has four Φ4.0 mm mounting holes. Install it horizontally or with the pump head facing downward. Use a suitable pre-filter before the pump to prevent particles from entering the pump chamber.

Example System Results
Compact RO Water Purification System
In a customer system test using a 12V JSG07W with a pre-filter, RO membrane, tubing and valves, the system operated at approximately 5.5–5.6 bar and 0.6–0.65 L/min.
Multi-Nozzle Cleaning Device
In a customer spraying-system test, the complete system operated at approximately 3.8–4.1 bar, with each nozzle delivering around 0.10–0.12 L/min.
These results are application-specific and are not guaranteed standalone pump working points.
Performance Note
The 1 L/min maximum flow and 10 bar maximum pressure occur under different operating conditions. Do not assume the pump provides 1 L/min at 10 bar.
Select the pump according to the required flow at the actual working pressure. Tubing, filters, valves, fittings, nozzles, liquid viscosity and system resistance can reduce final working flow.
