Compact brushed DC piston pump for OEM air delivery, vacuum suction and gas handling. The JSG07A/V-M series offers pressure or vacuum configurations with 12V or 24V DC options for laboratory instruments, gas samplers and industrial pneumatic modules.

Pressure configurations: 17, 25 or 40 L/min maximum free flow.
Vacuum configurations: 17, 25 or 38 L/min maximum free flow.
Separate endpoints: up to 6.5 bar pressure or −85 kPa vacuum.
Compact integration: approx. 580 g; PPS body and metal pump head.
Seal options: EPDM standard; FKM subject to compatibility review.

JSG07A-M – Pressure Type
For air supply, pressurization and pneumatic support. Choose the 17, 25 or 40 L/min configuration.

JSG07V-M – Vacuum Type
For gas extraction, vacuum holding and suction modules. Choose the 17, 25 or 38 L/min configuration.

Select the configuration and rated voltage. Free flow and maximum pressure or vacuum are separate operating points.

The drawing shows 85.5 mm height; datasheets list 86.6 mm. Confirm the final build drawing, mounting, terminal clearance and tubing bends before enclosure design.

For air and confirmed compatible clean gases only. Not for liquid transfer. Filters, tubing, valves, leakage and supply voltage affect installed performance.

Datasheets recommend intermittent runs of 5–15 minutes for pressure versions and 5–10 minutes for vacuum versions. Validate startup, loaded flow, current, temperature rise, noise and duty cycle in the complete equipment.
