Product Overview
The JSG05WB is a compact, self-priming diaphragm water pump designed for clean-water transfer, dispensing, spraying and customized OEM liquid-delivery systems.
Its brushless DC motor, approximately 77 mm body length and approximately 105 g weight make it suitable for evaluation in space-limited equipment. Control-interface, wiring and connector options can be reviewed according to the application.

Dimensions and Installation
The JSG05WB has nominal body dimensions of approximately 77 × 32 × Ø28 mm. Allow space for the projecting ports, mounting strap, lead wires and tubing bends. Confirm the inlet, outlet and connector details against the approved sample and drawing.
Use a suitable inlet filter and support the tubing to avoid loading the pump ports. If reverse-flow prevention is required, specify a compatible check valve or an approved pump configuration.

Material and Control Options
The confirmed medium is clean water. For hot water, detergents, salt water or other liquids, confirm the complete wetted-path materials using the actual composition, concentration, temperature and operating time. Drinking-water and beverage applications also require the relevant water-contact compliance review.
For PWM, FG or FR interfaces, confirm the supplied wiring, connector and signal requirements. PWM adjusts motor speed; FG provides motor-speed feedback. FR refers to motor rotation and does not establish reversible liquid flow.
Performance Note
The ≥2.0 L/min free water flow and ≥4 bar maximum water pressure occur under different operating conditions. Do not assume the pump provides 2 L/min at 4 bar.
Select the pump according to the required flow at the actual working pressure. Tubing, filters, valves, fittings and nozzles affect final working flow. Confirm the duty cycle and application performance through sample testing.
