Product Overview

The JSG05TVB-S is a compact brushless diaphragm pump for moving clean gas, drawing samples and generating vacuum or positive pressure. Its PWM input allows equipment-level speed adjustment, while the FG output provides motor pulses for monitoring operation.

The standard gas path uses a PPS pump head with EPDM diaphragm and valves. A nylon body and approximately 60.4 × 32 × 55 mm envelope support integration into gas analyzers, small test fixtures and compact pneumatic modules.

Key Features

Two Published Flow Measurements
The datasheet lists 4.6 L/min with a float flowmeter and approximately 3.0 L/min with an electronic flowmeter. Specify the measurement method and required working flow when comparing pumps.

Pressure and Vacuum Capability
The platform supports up to −70 kPa vacuum and a 1–1.5 bar maximum-pressure range, depending on the configuration. Select by the airflow available at your actual working point.

PWM Speed Control and FG Feedback
The four-wire interface supports speed commands and motor pulse monitoring. FG feedback indicates rotation; it does not directly measure gas flow.

Dimensions and Installation

Use the drawing to confirm the mounting points and port orientation. Allow extra space for tubing bends, the control cable and ventilation. Support tubing independently to avoid loading the pump head.

The datasheet identifies red as power positive, black as power negative, blue as PWM and yellow as FG. The control signals are specified at 0–5V. Confirm the approved wiring and full-speed connection for the selected version before connecting the controller; the control leads are separate from the 12V or 24V motor supply.

Typical Applications

Gas Sampling
For drawing compatible sample gas through an inlet filter, tubing and sensor chamber. Verify the required flow with the complete gas path installed.

Gas Analysis and Monitoring
For portable or desktop instruments that need adjustable sampling flow and motor-status feedback. Define the gas composition and acceptable contamination level during selection.

Vacuum and Leakage Testing
For evacuating small chambers, tubes or test fixtures. A check valve, buffer volume and suitable sensor may be needed for the complete holding and measurement circuit.

OEM Pneumatic Modules
For compact systems requiring controlled air delivery or suction. Validate current, temperature rise, vibration and operating cycle in the final enclosure.

Performance Note

The 4.6 L/min float-flowmeter value and approximately 3.0 L/min electronic-flowmeter value use different measurement methods. They are not interchangeable acceptance criteria. Confirm the meter, calibration and test setup for your project.

Maximum flow, maximum pressure and maximum vacuum are separate operating endpoints. Tubing, filters, valves, chamber volume and leakage affect the working result. The published curve is a reference; request configuration-specific data for the selected voltage and target operating point.

The 10,000-hour figure is a published brushless-motor life reference. It does not establish a guaranteed complete-pump lifetime at every load. Confirm the operating cycle, temperature, pressure or vacuum and acceptance criteria before qualification.

Supply Scope and OEM Options

The listed pump uses the standard EPDM diaphragm and valve configuration. Confirm the 12V or 24V version, control interface, connector and mounting needs when requesting a quote. FKM materials and other non-standard configurations require separate confirmation.

Tubing, clamps, filters, flow meters and other integration components are discussed separately; the accessories illustration does not define the supplied package. Review gas compatibility and prevent particles, oil and liquid condensate from entering the pump.
