Compact brushed diaphragm pump for OEM air delivery, vacuum suction and clean-gas transfer. The JSG03A/V series offers separate pressure and vacuum versions with 6V, 12V or 24V DC options for portable instruments, beauty devices and small pneumatic equipment.

Series maximum flow: 3–6 L/min, depending on configuration.
Pressure version: JSG03A, 2–3 bar maximum pressure.
Vacuum version: JSG03V, −60 to −70 kPa maximum vacuum.
Compact body: approx. 76 × 49 × 30.4 mm; approx. 140 g.
Material options: EPDM / FKM, subject to gas compatibility and build confirmation.

Pressure & Vacuum Options

JSG03A – Pressure Type
For positive airflow, small inflation modules and compact pressure-control circuits.

JSG03V – Vacuum Type
For suction, gas sampling, air extraction and negative-pressure modules.

Choose the required function and rated voltage. Published ranges cover different configurations. Maximum flow, maximum pressure and maximum vacuum are separate operating points; confirm flow at your actual working pressure or vacuum.

Dimensions and Installation

Check port direction, terminal access, mounting clearance and tubing bends against the complete drawing. Allow suitable vibration isolation and airflow around the motor.

Important Note

For air and confirmed compatible gases. Not for liquid transfer. Review diaphragm, valve and seal compatibility if the gas path contains moisture, mist, oil vapor or chemical residue.

Tubing, filters, valves, leakage and supply voltage affect installed performance. Validate flow, startup, current, noise, temperature rise and duty cycle in the complete device before approving production.
