Compact 3V micro diaphragm gas pump for portable gas sampling, analytical instruments and OEM devices. The JSG13GE-KBD3 delivers 300 mL/min free flow in a 15 g body with a coreless brushed motor.

Pressure & Vacuum Operation

The JSG13GE-KBD3 supports both suction and positive-pressure operation. Maximum positive pressure is 35 kPa; maximum vacuum is -35 kPa. These are separate operating endpoints. Use the performance curve to check available flow at your required load.

Important Note

Free flow, maximum pressure and maximum vacuum are different operating points. Actual performance depends on tubing, filters, valves, system resistance, supply voltage and operating conditions. The 60 mA figure is unloaded current; confirm startup and loaded current when sizing the power supply.

For compatible gas only. Confirm gas composition, humidity, particles, condensation risk and material compatibility. Validate flow at the working point, duty cycle, temperature rise, noise and stability in the complete equipment before production approval.
