Compact brushed diaphragm pump for handheld instruments, personal-care devices and miniature OEM systems. The JSG01A/V-L series offers pressure or vacuum versions, 3V/6V/12V choices and a 45 mm body weighing approximately 24 g.

Compact installation: approx. 45 × 25.5 × 15.5 mm.
Low-voltage options: select 3V, 6V or 12V DC to match your power supply.
Pressure or suction: choose the function required by your device.
Low-volume gas handling: series free-flow range of 0.3–1 L/min.
Material options: EPDM or FKM, subject to gas compatibility and build confirmation.

Pressure & Vacuum Options

JSG01A-L – Pressure Type
For gentle air delivery, small pneumatic modules and gas transfer. Maximum pressure ranges from 0.5 to 1 bar across available configurations.

JSG01V-L – Vacuum Type
For compact suction, air extraction and miniature vacuum modules. Maximum vacuum ranges from -30 to -60 kPa across available configurations.

Check port direction, terminal clearance, tubing bends and vibration isolation against the complete drawing before designing the enclosure.

Important Note

For intermittent, light-duty operation with air or compatible clean gas. Each voltage option is a separate rated configuration. Confirm material compatibility, moisture and condensation control before sample testing.

Free flow and maximum pressure or vacuum are separate operating points. Tubing, filters, valves, leakage and battery voltage affect performance. Validate flow under load, current, noise, temperature rise and duty cycle in the complete device before production approval.
