Dimensions and Installation
The nominal body length is 58 ±1.0 mm, with a motor diameter of Ø27 ±0.30 mm. Allow additional clearance for projecting ports, tubing bends, motor terminals and the mounting arrangement.
Confirm the inlet and outlet before connecting the circuit. Use suitable tubing and an inlet filter, support the hoses independently, and evaluate mounting vibration and noise in the complete assembly. Prevent liquid and particles from entering the pump.

Performance Note
The ≥2.40 L/min free air flow and approximately −400 mmHg maximum vacuum are separate operating endpoints. Do not assume the pump delivers 2.40 L/min at maximum vacuum.
Tubing, filters, valves, chamber volume and leakage affect working airflow and evacuation time. Request the flow-vacuum curve and test the sample at the required operating point.
The published life-test protocol specifies 2,000 hours at 30 seconds ON / 10 seconds OFF. This is not a continuous-operation lifetime guarantee; confirm test loading and the required duty cycle for your equipment.
