Product Overview
The JSG16M-CBLD5 is a mini brushless diaphragm gas pump for equipment that needs low-flow air delivery, suction or gas transfer. Its iron-core brushless DC motor and compact pump head fit portable sampling instruments, small test fixtures and space-limited OEM assemblies.
The standard configuration operates at 5.0V DC, with a stated 3.0–7.0V operating range. Select the pump by the airflow required at the actual inlet vacuum or outlet pressure, together with the gas composition, power supply and operating cycle.

Air Delivery and Vacuum Suction

Published specification values are based on room-temperature testing at normal atmospheric pressure. Confirm the required performance and acceptance conditions for the quoted configuration.
Dimensions and Installation
Allow clearance for the hose connections, lead routing and mounting hardware. The drawing shows two Ø2.00 mm mounting holes spaced 9.60 mm apart, with a 3.00 mm depth for M2.5 self-tapping screws. Confirm the mounting arrangement against the drawing before machining the enclosure.
Connect the red lead to positive and the black lead to negative. Confirm any speed-control requirements with JSG before connecting a controller. Support tubing independently, protect the inlet from particles and oil contamination, and provide ventilation where heat can accumulate.
Typical Applications
Gas Sampling and Detection
For moving compatible sample gas through tubing, filters, sensors and small measurement chambers. Verify the required flow at the expected inlet vacuum.
Portable Analyzers and Test Instruments
For compact equipment requiring a lightweight 5V air source. Medical or diagnostic integration requires the equipment manufacturer's application validation and applicable compliance review.
Pressure and Leak-Test Modules
For small pressure-build and leakage-check circuits. Confirm chamber volume, target pressure, allowable filling time and valve leakage during sample testing.
OEM Pneumatic Assemblies
For handheld or board-powered modules where body size, gas-path resistance and electrical load must be considered together.
Performance Note
The ≥1.0 L/min free air flow, 100 kPa maximum pressure and −55 kPa maximum vacuum do not occur simultaneously. Airflow falls as system resistance increases; use the published 5V curve as a reference and verify the actual working point.
The ≤120 mA no-load current does not define the highest current under pneumatic load. Size the supply and driver for starting and loaded operation. The datasheet states ≥8,000 hours reference service life, but does not specify the associated load and duty cycle; confirm these conditions for your application.

The listed configuration is the 5V JSG16M-CBLD5 brushless diaphragm pump. Discuss tubing, mounting clamps, filters, flow meters and other pneumatic components separately; the accessories illustration does not define the supplied package.
Use compatible gas only. Do not use the pump for liquids, flammable gases or strongly corrosive media. Review moisture and condensation risks as part of the gas-path design. Non-standard materials, connectors, ports and speed-control arrangements require confirmation.
