Product Overview
The JSG18-C is a compact DC liquid pump using an elastic compression mechanism with a check-valve-free structure. It can transfer air and compatible liquids, making it a candidate for drainage circuits that encounter alternating air and liquid.
Flow direction can be reversed by changing motor polarity. The 74 × 54 × 41 mm body and 165 g weight support integration into laboratory analyzers and small fluid-handling modules.
Key Features
Reversible Liquid Transfer
Reverse the flow direction for circuit draining and reverse flushing. Confirm polarity and port direction against the supplied pump.
Air and Liquid Handling
Supports intermittent air/liquid conditions in waste lines. Validate priming, fluid compatibility and the intended operating cycle with a sample.
Check-Valve-Free Pumping Structure
The elastic compression mechanism supports bidirectional transfer without conventional inlet and outlet check valves. Hard or sharp particles still require filtration.
Compact DC Integration
Choose the 12V C01 or 24V C02 configuration to match the equipment power supply.

Dimensions and Installation

Allow clearance around the 6.3 mm OD ports, electrical terminals and tubing bends. The source recommends soft tubing with a 4 or 5 mm inside diameter, secured with suitable clamps. Confirm tubing fit and pressure rating before use.
Horizontal, vertical, inverted or side mounting can be evaluated for integration. Support the tubing independently and check the flow direction mark on the pump cover. Use a 100-mesh or finer inlet filter where hard, sharp or metallic particles may enter the line; this is not a solids-handling pump.
Typical Applications
IVD Waste Drainage
For evaluation in analyzer waste-liquid collection circuits, including lines with alternating air and liquid.
Rinse and Reverse-Flushing Modules
For compatible rinse-fluid delivery and reversible flushing in compact laboratory equipment.
Autosampler and Laboratory Waste Lines
For compact fluid-transfer modules selected against the actual suction, discharge pressure and working flow.
Performance Note

The 400 mL/min free-flow rate, −85 kPa maximum vacuum and 20 m maximum head represent different test conditions. They are not a simultaneous operating point. Select the pump using the required flow at the actual system load.
Published reference conditions use clean water at 20°C, approximately 65% relative humidity and no external load for free-flow measurement. The source indicates approximately ±10% performance variation. Tubing, filters, fluid viscosity and lift will affect delivered flow.
The published noise value is ≤38 dB, but measurement distance and setup are not specified. Confirm acoustic performance in the finished assembly.
Fluid Compatibility and Integration
Confirm all wetted-path materials against the actual liquid composition, concentration, temperature and duty cycle. Do not assume compatibility with disinfectants, alcohol, acids, alkalis or biological waste from the application name alone. Medical-device integration requires evaluation and compliance review of the complete system.
Supply Scope and OEM Options
Specify the 12V or 24V configuration, wiring, mounting requirements and intended fluid in your inquiry. Tubing, connectors, filters and power supplies shown for integration must be specified separately; they are not automatically included.
