JSG08A/V-D 12V/24V Dual-Cylinder Piston Air & Vacuum Pump
High-flow dual-cylinder piston pump for OEM pneumatic and vacuum equipment. The JSG08A/V-D series combines a brushed DC motor with an aluminum-alloy pump structure and 12V or 24V options for industrial air delivery, inflation and extraction systems.
- Pressure model: up to 80 L/min maximum free flow.
- Pressure choices: 2, 5 or 7 bar maximum-pressure configurations.
- Vacuum model: up to 70 L/min maximum free flow and −85 kPa maximum vacuum.

Pressure & Vacuum Options
JSG08A-D – Pressure Type
Choose the 2, 5 or 7 bar version for pneumatic supply and industrial inflation. Maximum free flow is up to 80 L/min.
JSG08V-D – Vacuum Type
For chamber evacuation, vacuum packaging and air extraction. Maximum free flow is up to 70 L/min; maximum vacuum is −85 kPa.
Select the configuration and rated voltage. Free flow and maximum pressure or vacuum are separate operating points. Confirm flow at your actual working condition before selection.

Dimensions and Installation
Check mounting holes, port orientation, wiring and enclosure clearance against the final build drawing. Keep tubing runs short and allow space for airflow and heat dissipation.

Important Note
This listing covers the dual-cylinder brushed JSG08A-D / JSG08V-D configuration. Check the full model code before replacing another JSG08 pump.
Use clean, dry air. Confirm material compatibility before pumping other gases. Prevent liquid, condensate, dust and particles from entering the pump; use suitable filtration or a water trap where needed.
The datasheets recommend runs of no more than 5–10 minutes at a time. Validate starting current, loaded flow, temperature rise, noise and duty cycle in the complete equipment. Reference life is not a continuous-duty rating.
