Compact brushless diaphragm pump for OEM air delivery, vacuum suction and clean-gas transfer. The JSG03AB/VB series offers pressure or vacuum versions and separate 6V, 12V and 24V configurations for instrument gas paths and compact pneumatic equipment.

Series maximum flow: up to 6 L/min, depending on configuration.
Pressure version: JSG03AB, up to 3 bar maximum pressure.
Vacuum version: JSG03VB, down to −70 kPa maximum vacuum.
Compact body: approx. 64 × 49 × 30.4 mm; approx. 120 g.
Material options: EPDM / FKM, subject to gas compatibility and build confirmation.

Pressure & Vacuum Options

JSG03AB – Pressure Type
For positive airflow, compact pressure-control modules and small pneumatic gas-delivery circuits.

JSG03VB – Vacuum Type
For suction, air extraction, gas sampling and negative-pressure modules.

Choose the function and rated voltage required by your equipment. Maximum flow, maximum pressure and maximum vacuum are separate operating points; confirm the required flow at your actual working pressure or vacuum.

Dimensions and Installation

Confirm port direction, mounting clearance, wire routing and tubing bends against the complete drawing. Allow suitable vibration isolation and airflow around the motor.

Medical equipment air and vacuum modules, beauty and personal-care devices, gas-sampling instruments and compact pneumatic control systems.

Important Note

For air and confirmed compatible gases. Not for liquid transfer. Review diaphragm, valve and seal materials if the gas path may contain moisture, mist, oil vapor or chemical residue.

Tubing, filters, valves, leakage and supply voltage affect installed flow and response. Validate the required working point, startup, current, noise, temperature rise and duty cycle in the complete device before approving production.
