Compact brushed diaphragm pump for OEM air delivery, vacuum suction and clean-gas transfer. The JSG02A/V series offers pressure or vacuum versions and separate 6V, 12V and 24V configurations for portable instruments and space-limited equipment.

Series airflow: up to 3 L/min, depending on configuration.
Pressure option: up to 1.5 bar with the JSG02A pressure version.
Vacuum option: down to −65 kPa with the JSG02V vacuum version.
Compact installation: approx. 55 × 40 × 24.3 mm; approx. 71 g.
OEM options: wires, connectors, port configuration and confirmed diaphragm materials.

Pressure & Vacuum Options

JSG02A – Pressure Type
For compact air-delivery circuits, small pneumatic functions and positive-pressure gas-transfer paths.

JSG02V – Vacuum Type
For air extraction, compact suction modules and gas-sampling systems that require negative pressure.

Select the function and rated voltage required by your equipment. Confirm flow at the actual working pressure or vacuum before ordering; the published maximum values describe separate operating conditions.

Dimensions and Installation

JSG02A/V manufacturer dimensional drawing with 55 mm body length, 40 mm height and 24.3 mm pump head width

Check the complete drawing, port direction, terminal clearance and mounting arrangement before designing the enclosure. Allow space for tubing bends and suitable vibration isolation.

Typical Applications

Beauty and personal-care suction devices, portable instruments, laboratory equipment, gas-sampling modules and compact OEM pneumatic systems.

Important Note

For air and confirmed compatible gases. Not for liquid transfer. Review diaphragm, valve and seal compatibility if moisture, oil vapor, cleaning agents or chemical vapor may enter the pump.

Maximum flow, maximum pressure and maximum vacuum are separate operating points. Tubing, filters, valves, leakage and supply voltage affect installed performance. Validate working flow, startup, current, noise, temperature rise and duty cycle in the complete device before approving production.
