JSG079A/V-M 12V/24V Brushed High-Flow Piston Pump
High-flow brushed DC piston pump for OEM pressure, vacuum and gas-transfer equipment. The JSG079A/V-M series offers 12V and 24V configurations for industrial pneumatic modules, laboratory instruments and vacuum packaging systems.
- Pressure versions: 40, 45 or 50 L/min maximum free flow; up to 7 bar maximum pressure.
- Vacuum versions: 35, 40 or 45 L/min maximum free flow; down to −85 kPa vacuum.
- Motor: brushed DC on both pressure and vacuum versions.
- Materials: aluminum alloy / PPS construction; EPDM or FKM seal options.

JSG079A-M – Pressure Type
Choose 40, 45 or 50 L/min for pneumatic supply and pressure-support equipment.
JSG079V-M – Vacuum Type
Choose 35, 40 or 45 L/min for extraction, chamber evacuation and vacuum holding.
Choose the required function, flow configuration and voltage. Maximum free flow and maximum pressure or vacuum are separate operating points.

Dimensions and Installation
Confirm final dimensions, mounting holes, ports and wiring against the approved build drawing. Allow space for tubing bends, vibration isolation and motor cooling.

Important Note
This listing covers brushed pressure and vacuum versions, as confirmed by the manufacturer. Review the complete model code before replacing another JSG079 pump.
Use clean air or confirmed compatible clean gases. Prevent liquid, condensation and particles from entering the pump. Confirm seal compatibility before using special gases.
The pressure datasheet recommends runs of no more than 5–10 minutes; the vacuum datasheet specifies short intermittent runs up to 5 minutes. Validate starting current, loaded flow, temperature, noise and duty cycle in the complete equipment.
