Compact brushless diaphragm pump for OEM gas delivery, auxiliary suction and instrument testing. The JSG02AB/VB series offers pressure or vacuum versions, separate 6V/12V/24V configurations and a compact square pump head with top air ports.

Series flow range: 1–3 L/min across available configurations.
Pressure options: 0.5–1.5 bar with JSG02AB builds.
Vacuum options: −30 to −60 kPa with JSG02VB builds.
Compact body: approx. 53 × 40 × 24.3 mm; approx. 73 g.
OEM integration: optional check valve, silicone mount and air filter.

JSG02AB – Pressure Type
For compact gas-delivery circuits, nebulizer air paths and low-flow positive-pressure modules.

JSG02VB – Vacuum Type
For auxiliary suction, air removal, small-chamber evacuation and gas-path leak-test fixtures.

Dimensions and Installation

Reserve space for the wire outlet, top ports, tubing bends and optional accessories. Check mounting clearance and vibration isolation with the complete drawing before designing the enclosure.

Typical Applications

Nebulizer gas paths, auxiliary suction modules, portable instruments, gas-sampling systems and compact gas-path testing or leak-test equipment.

Important Note

For air and confirmed compatible gases. Not for liquid transfer. Review diaphragm, valve and seal materials if moisture, oil vapor or chemical vapor may enter the pump.

Free flow, maximum pressure and maximum vacuum are separate operating points. Filters, valves, tubing, chamber leakage and supply voltage affect installed performance. Validate working flow, startup, current, noise, temperature rise and duty cycle in the complete device before approving production.
