JSG08AB/VB-S 12V/24V Brushless Mini Compressor Vacuum Pump
Compact brushless DC piston pump for OEM air supply, vacuum suction and gas-transfer equipment. The JSG08AB/VB-S series offers dedicated pressure and vacuum versions with 12V or 24V power options and PWM control for adjustable output.
- Pressure version: up to 45 L/min maximum free flow and 6 bar maximum pressure.
- Vacuum version: up to 40 L/min maximum free flow and −85 kPa maximum vacuum.
- Brushless motor: PWM control for system output adjustment.

Dimensions and Installation
This listing covers the compact 690 g single-head configuration shown in the photographs. Check the final drawing for mounting holes, port connections, wiring clearance and enclosure space. Allow room for tubing bends, vibration isolation and motor cooling.

Important Note
Use clean air or confirmed compatible clean gases. Prevent liquid, condensate, dust and particles from entering the pump. Confirm seal compatibility for the actual gas, humidity and temperature.
Filters, tubing, valves, leakage and supply voltage affect installed performance. Validate starting current, loaded flow, temperature rise, noise and duty cycle in the complete equipment. Confirm the power and PWM connections before wiring; control-signal requirements depend on the selected configuration.
